Tikketfy.com – Organizer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Tikketfy.com platform (“Tikketfy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a business, event organizer, tour operator, or vendor (“you” or “Organizer”). By registering for or using Tikketfy’s services, you agree to abide by this Agreement.

1: Purpose of Agreement

Tikketfy provides an online ticketing and product sales platform for organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets or related products for their events or services. By using Tikketfy, you affirm that you are utilizing the platform for lawful purposes only.

2: Compliance with Laws

You agree that all events, services, and products offered through Tikketfy:

• Are legal under the applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction(s) where your events take place.
• Do not involve illegal activities, products, or services (e.g., unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, illicit substances, etc.).
• Are in full compliance with any licensing, zoning, safety, and health requirements.

Tikketfy reserves the right to remove any event or product listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of this section.

3: Responsibilities of the Organizer

As an Organizer, you are responsible for:

• Accurately describing your event, service, or product.
• Managing your own ticket sales, pricing, and refund policies.
• Ensuring that tickets and products sold through Tikketfy are honored and fulfilled.
• Handling customer inquiries and disputes unless otherwise agreed upon.

4: Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Tikketfy to promote or sell:

• Events or services that are fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresentative.
• Items or services that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Events that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.

Tikketfy may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these conditions.

5: Transaction and Payment Processing

You understand that Tikketfy is a ticketing solution and does not directly handle the payment or hold funds from ticket sales. All financial transactions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any payment processor you connect to the platform.

6: Limitation of Liability

Tikketfy is not responsible for any losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your event execution, or your product delivery. You agree to indemnify and hold Tikketfy harmless from any such claims, including but not limited to those from ticket purchasers or regulatory bodies.

7: Termination

Tikketfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate any part of this Agreement.

8: Changes to Terms

Tikketfy may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

9: Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below or accepting electronically, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• You will only use Tikketfy to sell lawful products, services, and event tickets.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization or business.
